We are now seeking a Web Design Professional who can bring creative vision, refined design skills and brand awareness to our growing digital team.

The Role

As a key member of our production team, the Web Design Professional will design, build and maintain websites that accurately reflect client brands, communicate trust and drive user engagement. This role blends creativity with technical execution, ensuring every web experience is polished, intuitive and aligned with industry best practice.

Key Responsibilities

Website Design & User Experience

• Create thoughtful, visually appealing website designs that support engaging and intuitive user journeys.
• Apply strong design fundamentals – such as effective use of colour, typography and layout – to produce cohesive, high-quality visuals.
• Develop responsive layouts that deliver consistent experiences across various devices.

Front-End Development

• Build clear, maintainable front-end structures using semantic HTML, organised CSS (including BEM methodology) and fluid grid systems.
• Ensure accessibility best practices are followed and sites meet WCAG guidelines.

Brand & Creative Integration

• Translate brand concepts and campaign messaging into digital interfaces that feel consistent and polished.
• Use your creative background to develop and refine imagery, graphics and visual elements that elevate the overall look and feel of each website.
• Support the creation of digital assets that complement wider marketing and branding efforts.

Content & Visual Production

• Produce or adapt visuals – such as feature graphics, banners and promotional elements – to support website content.
• Apply your understanding of digital advertising and visual communication to strengthen the impact and clarity of on-page design elements.

Performance & Technical Quality

• Optimise websites by improving load speed, reducing unnecessary resources, and ensuring efficient delivery of images and code.
• Implement sound technical foundations for search readiness, including structured metadata, schema markup and clean, modular code.

Collaboration & Project Delivery

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure websites align with wider campaign goals and brand strategies.
• Offer creative input and design direction throughout project development, helping refine ideas and bring concepts to life.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting and continuous refinement to maintain longterm performance and functionality.
• Familiarity with working in both agile and waterfall environments.
